does anyone know any good ir programs that focus not in the usual EU.US relations but WORLD politics and underdeveloped region representations in international relations (SOUTH ASIA).
What chances does one have of ivy league schools if BA is from a state college or not that great private ones like maybe webster university or st.

You should check in government and business programs. They might have a subfield for international relations. Some schools may not have an entire program just for IR.
