Transcript omission

Hi, new to board.

I am applying to a PhD program. I have a BA and MA from an American university. I then took two courses at a French Canadian University.

My question is is it ok to omit the Canadian transcript. The cost would just be too much ($125 for translation) plus the postal time would take forever (well past deadline). Is there any negative? Do American Universities receive these automatically? I did well in the completed course (A), the other course was incomplete because it was a two semester course.

I probably wouldn't bother if its just 2 classes in the canadian system and the degrees are from american schools. I'm not saying that's the right answer... but that's what I'd do!
