Question MPA vs MA Conflict Resolution vs MA Anth.

I'm looking to attend graduate school to primarily make me a stronger candidate for jobs in the public sector (county, state, or state university), which is where I work now. A Master's in Public Administration (MPA) seems very practical, but an MA in Conflict Resolution/Peace Studies is more interesting to me. I'm also considering an MA in Anthropology so that if I want to get a Ph.D. later, I can and possibly teach, but this seems less applicable to governmental administrative management. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
